Start a conversation
It starts with a proper conversation. Not a form. How you actually live, where you want to walk home from, which compromises are fine and which really aren't.
Then we start looking. We've been in the London market a long time and know most of the people worth knowing. Some homes come to us before they hit the portals. Others we just get to first.
We tell you what we think along the way. If a house is wrong, we say so. If it's right, we help you buy it well and stick around through survey, offer and completion. Usually well after the keys change hands too.
