About us
A family-founded London property advisory practice.
Studio Ellis was created by a family with deep roots in property. We wanted a more personal way of helping people navigate the London market. Something built on judgement, relationships and honest advice rather than volume.
We work with homeowners, landlords, investors, developers and other property businesses. Busy professionals, families, people moving to London, and the occasional agency who needs a senior view on a piece of work.
Alongside the property practice, our creative division, Interiors by Studio Ellis, helps clients shape the homes we help them find. Residential design, styling and show home work, run by another part of the family with a long-standing eye for timeless interiors.
Between us we have years across London's residential market as Chartered Surveyors, including major schemes such as Battersea Power Station and a range of high-end private developments. It is useful experience to bring to a client's decision. It isn't something we go on about.

We work for you and no one else. No hidden relationships, and sometimes the answer is don't buy it.
Small on purpose
We only take on a handful of clients at a time. It means the person you meet is the person doing the work.
