Most development teams and agencies I speak to are in the same position. There is more work than the team can comfortably absorb, but not enough to justify another permanent head, with the salary, pension, bonus and notice period that come with it.
Other times the need is temporary. A launch, a valuation exercise, a reporting cycle, a difficult scheme that needs a fresh commercial view.
That is the gap I fill.
Background
A career in residential development, most of it at JLL.
An experienced chartered property professional, with more than ten years of hands-on work in residential development, most of it spent at JLL leading teams advising housebuilders and developers across London and the South East.
Over that time I've worked on schemes from acquisition through to planning, pricing, launch and final sale, alongside some of the more established names in the market:
